admissions for workshops and for The University of Spiritual
Healing & Sufism’s Three-Year
Healing Program.

How to Apply:
1. Download the Application
or contact The University of Spiritual Healing & Sufism school office and
request application materials. We can be reached at 1-800- 238-3060,
or Click Here to send me an email.
2. Complete the application materials and return them, along
with your $150 application fee, to Mariam.
Our address is USHS, PMB# 333, 536 Pantops Center, Charlottesville,
VA 22911. Contact the Admissions Department for our current fax
number or fax to the number listed on your application.
3. Call Mariam Upshaw at 707-965-0400 option 1/option 1 to discuss
pre-requisite requirements.
4. We will review your application. Upon acceptance, you will
receive an acceptance letter via email (or hard copy if you do
not have an email address). Your email address will be added to
the student listserv unless you specifically ask us not to do
so.
5. Register for lodging and meals with the Sacramento Marriott
Rancho Cordova at http://ushs-marriott-registration.com. Click
